At present, the construction waste treatment method in China is mainly crushing first and then
recycling,
which usually use two kinds of equipment, one is fixed construction waste treatment equipment,
and the other
is the mobile construction waste treatment equipment – mobile crusher. Mobile crusher is divided
into crawler
mobile crusher and tyre mobile crusher according to its moving mode. And mobile crusher has
gradually become
the main equipment for construction waste treatment due to its strong flexibility. In addition,
mobile
screening station is also needed to classify and screen the materials after being crushed by
mobile crusher.
MESDA’s mobile crushing and screening plant is equipped with special dust removal and noise
reduction
equipment, which will not cause pollution to the environment in the process of production.
3. Output and Equipment Operation
The reduction ratio of the mobile crusher produced by Nanning MESDA can be adjusted according to
users’ need
of regenerating materials’ usage, and users’ can also choose the mobile crusher model according
to his/her
demand for production.
4. Finished Materials after Construction Waste Regeneration
The crushed materials of construction waste can be divided into 0-4.5mm, 4.5-10mm, 10-32mm and
above 32mm.
