In March 2016, a blasting company of Liuzhou purchased a set of MC-1600HS, crawler mobile
crushing station,
from MESDA Company, which was used to the phase II construction project of a hospital in Liuzhou
City,
Guangxi, China. For traditional treatment method, it will need to blast more than 100,000 square
meters stones
and process by stacking after being transported to 30 kilometers away, which leads to a huge
expenditure for
transportation. MESDA recommends mobile crushing equipment that blasting stones can be treated
on the spot,
and can be used or sold on the spot after processing. The equipment purchased from MESDA is the
new model
MC-1600HS, which can handle 250-300 tons aggregated rock per hour. In the early stage, the stone
is processed
into a mixture of 0-40mm, which is used for cement stabilized macadam layer. MC-1600HS is
equipped with
automatic spraying system, which can avoid the dust blowing on the site in the process of using
and make the
construction site more environmental, friendly and humanized.
The customized mobile screening equipment of MESDA in April 2016 will also be put into use. By
then, four
finished product specifications of 0-5, 5-10, 10-20 and 10-30mm can be screened and used for
road construction
of hospital construction or sold to the market. Using MESDA’s mobile crushing and screening
plant not only
saves the cost of the project, but also creates more profits.
