On January 31, 2026, Mesda Group held its annual grand event at the Mesda Heavy Industry (Lighthouse) Plant, themed “full steam ahead.” All employees, clients, and partners of the group participated together, embarking on a new journey for 2026.
Group Chairman， Peter Huang elaborated in his speech on the action and pragmatic spirit represented by “getting the ship moving ” emphasizing that enterprises should adhere to a market-oriented and customer-centric approach. He explicitly proposed that the new year would implement the operational principle of “,CUSTOMER FOCUS” encouraging employees to drive innovation and create value through customer service.
This annual meeting integrates corporate culture display, team building, and employee care. There is an EVENTS area and a themed market on site, providing activities such as traditional Chinese medicine therapy and food experience, creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Prior to the annual meeting, the group also organized a cross departmental collaboration activity called “Family Banquet Preparation” to enhance team cohesion by jointly preparing meals.
In the Employee recognition process, the group commended outstanding employees and teams for the year 2025, demonstrating its emphasis on the culture of striving. Subsequently, the artistic programs and band performances written and performed by the employees pushed the atmosphere to a climax.
